The AirFlex range gives our customers the ability to integrate efficient technologies into a custom, project specific solution.

Whether it be a fully welded, 316 grade stainless steel frame with 120micron paint finish to protect against extreme environments, or an adiabatic cooling system to reduce project chiller requirements, our AirFlex range has you covered. With an advanced AHU selection software, our team can find the solution you need.

Air Volume Range

0.3m³/s to 50.0m³/s
Air Leakage L2 as standard with L1 (tested by BSRIA) available by request.

Thermal Transmittance

T3/TB3 as standard with T2/TB2 (tested by BSRIA) available by request.

Heat Recovery

ErP compliant as standard with up to 85% efficiency available with Thermal Wheels, Plate Heat Exchangers, or Run Around Coils.

Low Energy

Low energy filters and the latest, most efficient components allow us to achieve low operations costs for our products.

Prewired Controls

Offering a range of fully programmable controls solutions with communication over BACnet and TREND.

Modular Build

All our AHU’s are available as a single section or split into smaller, more manageable sections to suit site requirements. Flat pack also available by request.

Low Noise

For acoustically sensitive projects we have an optional “acoustic casework” to ensure low noise breakout levels. This can be coupled with integrated attenuation to inlets and outlets.

Construction

Our framework is flexible too, offering 50mm or 75mm welded framework in either Galvanised Steel or 304/316 Stainless Steel. Framework can be coated with 100, 120 or 140 micron paint finish for enhanced protection or aesthetics.
