MARK CHAPE - Production Manager
|
 |
Mark joined AHS over 19 years ago as part of the production team working out of
our head office.
Now responsible for the smooth running of the shop floor and production line,
Mark is pivotal in ensuring our manufacturing output is maximised for every
project and delivery deadlines are always in sharp focus for the entire team.
Mark is also central to ensuring efficient communication between our production
and project departments, increasing productivity and streamlining our
manufacture process.
When not at
AHS, Mark enjoys time with the
family, football and mentoring in mixed martial arts. |

ANDY MORTON - Quality Manager
|
 |
Andy is another member of the management team with over 20 years experience at
AHS.
Located at our head office, Andy was recently appointed our Quality
Manager with his primary responsibility to ensure the standard of products and services exceed our customers expectations.
Through the constant development of our accredited BS EN ISO 9001 (2008) quality
system, Andy ensures rigorous standards and quality are achieved throughout every aspect of
the companies activities.
When not at AHS, Andy enjoys family time, golf, D.I.Y and football.

STEVEN YALE - Senior Project Engineer
|
 |
Steven has over 7 years experience at AHS
within our project engineering team.
After successfully completing a HNC in Mechanical Engineering through our
apprenticeship training programme, Steven is now a Senior Project Engineer at
AHS.
As part of our project management team, Steven's ultimate responsibillty is to
ensure a complete design solution is provided to meet our customer
requirements.
Using the latest AutoCAD and production scheduling software, all stages of
manufacture are monitored on a real time basis.
When not in our head office, Steven enjoys time with his family, football and
snooker.

ANDY O'HARE - Senior Estimator
|
 |
Joining AHS over 6 years ago, Andy was an integral member of the production team before
his appointment as Senior Estimator.
Managing and developing our
new computer aided selection system, Andy ensures accurate and competitive estimates
are submitted in a timely manner and to the highest standard.
Through continuous investment and software development we are able to offer
innovative product solutions to ensure reduced manufacture lead times without
compromising quality.
When not based at our main sales office, Andy enjoys
time with the family, running and competitive cycling.
