LEE JOHNSON - Managing Director

Lee has been with AHS for over a decade working with the engineering and project
management teams.
Alongside an enviable knowledge of the company, Lee also brings an academic edge
to his dynamic management style, with a BEng in Mechanical Engineering and a BA
Hons in Business & Finance to his name.
Keen to preserve the heritage and dynamism of the business, Lee takes the reigns
from AHS founders Leonard Johnson and Dave Bell with a remit to build on the
strong foundations the outgoing management team had worked tirelessly to create.
When not with clients or located at our main sales office, Lee can be found
enjoying family time, motor racing and football. |

WES CAMPBELL - Technical Director

Wes personifies our 'Innovation Through Heritage' approach, joining the business
as an apprentice over 20 years ago.
Having experienced every facet of the business throughout its growth, Wes has
unparalleled knowledge not only of AHS, but the wider AHU market.
Although currently focused on the research and development of new energy
efficient products & systems, Wes still spends a large proportion of his time
maintaining and overseeing our client’s requirements.
Based at our head office, Wes also has an overview of the manufacturing and project
departments.
When not on site or with clients, Wes enjoys time with his family, cycling and football. |

DALE NELSON - Sales Director

Dale joined AHS over 20 years ago and like Wes has progressed through the
company and now heads our sales department.
During his time at AHS, the business and AHU market has evolved considerably.
This valuable experience has given Dale the insight and ability to service
existing and new client relationships.
From initial enquiry
through to final delivery, Dale ensures all stages of
the sales process are handled in a professional and efficient manner.
Dale's commitment to assist consultants and contractors has been key to our
success.
When not based in our main sales office, Dale manages to split his time between
family, golf and football.

TOM MARKWELL - Finance Manager
|

Joining in 2009, Tom is a relative newcomer to the AHS management team working
out of our head office.
Experienced in both manufacturing and financial management, Tom is vital to our
continued drive to maximise production efficiency and minimise operating costs.
Tom oversees the procurement department to ensure the effective management of
suppliers who contribute to our long term business strategy.
The development of supplier relationships is paramount to our business
philosophy to ensure client expectations are achieved by offering innovative
solutions.
When not at AHS, Tom makes time for DIY, walking and renovating classic cars.
